I placed an order via the AG website on Sunday the 8th. It came today!!! When I saw the UPS guy come to our door, I thought "What could that be?" I was so surprised; it almost always takes a week!
Anyway, I got Kirsten's school bench & bucket, Samantha's lawn party outfit, Kirsten's midsummer outfit (yay sale!), and Kirsten's school supplies. I could only take brief look at everything before putting it in the basement with the rest of my AG things, but I just keep reminding myself we will be moving this year, and so I hope hope hope I will have a space for my AGs in our next house so they can be liberated from storage. Poor girls!
Have they stopped sending mini AG mags with orders? I didn't get one in mine. It would be too bad if they stopped. They're cute and I collected them.
I also got the new catalog with Elizabeth's new dress, which is pretty, and Jess. Just from the pictures and what I know about her w/o reading the book, I think Jess is the best LE AGT that they have made so far!

Wow, that is really fast! I expect everything they send to take at least a week as well. I hope you get to enjoy all of your goodies when you move.
I am placing a big order on January 26 and I hope my stuff ships quickly too. Jess will be in that order. I always planned to wait for a modern doll until the right LE came along, and I have decided that Jess is the right one.

I got a mini-mag in my last order that came this week. It should be in the little envelope?? I did notice that there was much less junk in there than my previous orders.

Oh, what a wonderful order. My dd has been wanting Kirsten's school bench for almost 3 years now. Is it nice? Can Kirsten sit on it?
I've received those little magazines in my order every time so far. (I've got quite a backlog of them...lol, so if you'd like one, just PM me with your address and I'll send it off to you, Anne)
How exciting about your move. Do you think maybe you'll have a whole doll room? Or will you set your dolly stuff up in your bedroom? That's what I've done. I got Kirsten's scenes and settings for Christmas this year(from myself ) and I set it up on the side of the bed near the window. It looks great.
I hope you get to play with your fun order some more soon!

jenndon--I didn't get an envelope in the box, only my invoice and a catalog.
Susan--If the mini mag hasn't changed in awhile, I probably have it already. I haven't ordered for about six months, so it might not have changed. What does yours look like?
I won't have a whole doll room, but we are aiming for me to have a craft room for all my rubber stamping and scrapbooking, so if that happens, I will set up my dolls in there too, as space allows. Right now my craft room shares a room with my son. So there's no extra room in there now!
The bench looks nice, but I only looked at it briefly before packing it away, and didn't set a doll on it. I imagine it would be kind of hard for a doll to balance on it unless she was propped up in the back, because their legs don't stay in place, so the doll would tend to try to straighten out, I would think.

Wow, that is fast. I placed an order on January 4th or 5th and I'm still waiting for that one. According to an e-mail I was finally billed and it shipped out today.

I have a mini mag right here that came with Sam's Talent Show dress. It has a girl holding a puppy on the cover. If anyone wants it they are welcome to it. Send me a PM.

That is really fast. I don't know where you live but I live only two hours from Middleton (where everything is sent out from) and ever since they have have the AG web site I usually get my packages in three days sometimes two. I can't believe how fast they are! Sometimes I think they are filling my box the moment I click the pay button. When I was younger and they only had the cataloge orders it took at least two weeks sometimes three.

I ordered Jess' Hammock Swing yesterday. Imagine my surprise when it arrived today! It isn't that uncommon that I receive packages the day after I order, I can't imagine why I do and you don't, Ann. You don't live that far from me.
The hammock is adorable! It's supposed to be for Valentine's Day but if I can't wait that long, DD has a birthday 2 weeks from today.
Ann, it must be so hard to get those beautiful new dresses and have to store them! When you get to your new house, getting out your dolls and things will be as exciting as just getting an order in from AG.
